The Work Incentives Counseling Initial Training is based on a comprehensive set of competencies that community partner staff must aquire in order to achieve Community Partner work Incentives Counseling Certification. Attendees are provided with an extensive training manual and reference materials to help in this process. On a personal note, I attended this training last year, and the content and trainers were excellent!
