You have probably heard a few “horror” stories told by your clients about their experience of applying for a job online. “Difficult” would be a kind description. Developed by an organization called PEAT (Partnership on Employment & Accessible Technologies), Talent Works has gathered ideas and solutions from employers, advocacy organizations, job applicants and technology providers on accessible online hiring practices.

The resources are meant to help employers and human resources (HR) professional ensure their online recruiting technologies are accessible to all potential job seekers, including job seekers with disabilities.
