Beginning in May, Human Solutions will begin rolling out and making available more online and webinar-based workforce development training for our readers. We know attending live training isn’t always possible, and we want to expand our offering of professional development and continuing education opportunities.
In celebration of this, for each webinar-based or online training that we offer in 2013, the first 10 paid students for each course will be entered in a drawing and one student will have their entire registration fee waived! For our first course, this is a $197 savings.
To launch our first webinar series, beginning May 1st, Christina Harrington, (aka the “Headhunter”) and I will be hosting an 8- week Job Development Headhunter Style Boot Camp. We’ll meet weekly and give you the tools and skills needed to become the “in demand” employment expert.
Together, you’ll learn how to:
- Tailor resumes that sell a client’s unique skills & abilities (Yes, we’re going to talk sales & marketing!)
- Develop a strategy to help clients turn the job search process into a “numbers game,” where their actions = results!

It’s no secret that there are more job candidates than jobs. We experience it every day with our clients. Now, more than ever, our focus should be on finding innovative ways to develop, guide and energize your clients. That’s what this course will focus on.
As an added value, you’ll also receive a 30-minute consultation following the course to help you create and implement an action plan tailored to your organization’s needs. We’ll also be providing you with an electronic version of our Job Search Essentials Workbook, something we use to get our clients prepared for work.
