Think Beyond the Label (TBTL)

Many of you may already be familiar with the Think Beyond the Label initiative.  The TBTL job bank connects job seekers with disabilities to employers who are actively recruiting qualified job candidates with disabilities. If this isn’t a website your customers are already using, be sure to add it!  They also have a feature that will link to internship opportunities, allowing students with disabilities to connect with employers.
