America’s Workforce: Empowering All. That’s the theme for this year’s National Disability Employment Awareness Month. Isn’t it perfect? After all, that’s what we, as workforce development professionals, are all about. Empowering people with disabilities to pursue their goals without fear; and empowering businesses to have confidence in their employees and recognize Abilities rather than DISabilities.
