Refunds: Webinars
Registrants unable to attend a webinar should notify Human Solutions LLC at least 5 business days prior to the webinar start date in order to receive a refund. Notification of less than 5 business days will result in a credit that can be used for future trainings or products. If you are unable to attend a webinar and don't notify us in advance, you will be charged the full registration fee and no credit will be given.
Exceptions may be made for registrants unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness). Once a webinar is underway, you and/or your institution are responsible for the webinar registration fee.
If you're unable to log in to a webinar due to technical issues, please contact us for assistance. If we're unable to help you, we'll either reschedule you or issue you a full refund.
Refunds: In-Person Public Trainings
Registrants unable to attend a live public training session should notify Human Solutions LLC at least 5 business days prior to the training date in order to receive a refund. If you're unable to a live training and don't notify us in advance, you'll be charged the full registration fee and no credit will be given.
